Paul Lewis Pelfrey

PAUL LEWIS PELFREY, 60, of Wayne, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 9, 2020.  He was born October 16, 1959 at Huntington, W.Va., a son of the late Paul and Thelma Pelfrey.  His brother Dallas Pelfrey and Roy Pelfrey also preceded him in death.  Paul was a mechanic with the Dept. of Highways and attended Canada Chapel.  He loved fishing and working on his farm.

            He leaves behind his loving wife of 25 years, Bonnie Pelfrey; two sons, Billy (Brittany) Followay of Huntington, and Paul Franklin (Miriam) Pelfrey III of Wayne; three daughters, Rosanna (Nathan) Terry, Jennifer Pelfrey, and Thelma Pelfrey, all of Wayne; and seven grandchildren.

            Also surviving is one brother, William (Carol) Pelfrey; and sister, Alice (Eddie) Webb, all of Wayne; and a host of family and friends.

            Private graveside services will be held at Mt. Vernon Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
