Raymond Wallace Spencer

RAYMOND WALLACE SPENCER, 76, of Dunlow, W.Va., formerly of Columbus, Oh., passed away Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Lakin Hospital, West Columbia, W.Va.  He was born December 2, 1945, at Dunlow, W.Va., a son of the late Millard Spencer and Alma Maynard Wallace.  Also preceding him in death were three sisters, Goldie Rice, who he was raised by, Charity Stafford, and Barbara Poindexter; two brothers, Charles Spencer, and B.H. Spencer; and one daughter, Joyce Thompson.

            Survivors include one daughter, Anna (Tim) Porter, of Wayne; two grandchildren, Timothy Daniel Porter and Cynthia Dawn Porter, also of Wayne; special friends Joseph Cusato, Donna Wolf, and Rich Hanan, all of Columbus, Oh.; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.    

            Private graveside service were held at Community Memorial Gardens with Pastor Fred Ferguson officiating.  Arrangements entrusted to Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.
