Sally Ann (Mills) Napier

SALLY ANN MILLS NAPIER, 86, of Wayne, W.Va. born March 23, 1935, passed away at home on October 18, 2021, with her family by her side.  She was preceded in death by her loving husband of nearly 65 years, Chester Lynn Napier; and three siblings, “Cookie” Skeens, Tim Mills, and Howard Mills.

            She is survived by her “daughter at heart”, Lisa Napier-Akers (Michael Stephens); her “precious” grandchildren, Shanna, Jacob, Dyllan, Shalynn, and Winston Perry, Dalton “Big D”, and Makayla Bradley, Chetley, Amy, Braxton, Nevaeh, and Kanyon Napier; and her sister Debbie Thompson.

            Also surviving are “very special” family members, John Akers, Jr., Mark, Michelle, and Tanner Napier, Tonya, Charles and Estelle Skeens, “Little Jerry” Ross, Norman Wooten, Frances McComas, Angel Neace, Karen Bolen, Cheyenne and Blackie.

            Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Napier Cemetery.  Visitation will begin at 11 a.m.  Donations are suggested to the WV Alzheimer’s Association, 1601 2nd Ave., Charleston, WV 25387.
