Silvia (Dalton) Williamson

SILVIA WILLIAMSON, 70, of Dingess, W.Va., passed away Thursday, December 19, 2018 at the Anne Arundel Medical Center, Annapolis, Md.   She was born August 20, 1948 in Lincoln County, West Virginia a daughter of the late Carless and Mary Dalton.  Also preceeding her in death was her first husband, Earnest Wiley; one brother, Lanville Dalton; one sister, Ina Simms; two brothers-in-law, Ronnie Pierce and Wendell Moore; and one sister-in-law Rhoda Dalton.
            Survivors include her husband John “J.D.” Williamson; her children Teressa (Scotty) Terry of Manchester, Tenn., and Kevin (Chandra) Wiley of Harts, W.Va.; stepsons, Paul (Misty) Williamson, and John Williamson, Jr., both of Dingess; six grandchildren, Miranda Gore of Manchester, Cassandra (Matthew) Poag of Burlington, N.C., Danielle Wiley, Justin Wiley, both of Harts, Christopher (Alyssa) Williamson of Crofton, Md., and Beth Williamson of Lewisburg, Tenn.; and five great grandchildren, Makinley Gore, Kaysen Gore, Raylen Madden, Keiton Curry, and Harper Williamson.
            Also surviving are five brothers, Manuel (Ann) Dalton of Harts, Arlie (Ona Mae) Dalton, also of Harts, Calvin (Daria) of Ranger, Clifford (Bonnie) Dalton of Harts, and Avin (Patty) Dalton of Wayne; three sisters, Mazie (Leonard) Carter of Wayne, Ellen Pierce of Marion, Va., and Geneva (Eddie) Paris of Harts; one brother-in-law Lonnie Simms; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends  
            Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home, Wayne, W.Va., with Brother Andrew Williamson, Jr., officiating.  Burial will follow in the Williamson Family Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
