TIMOTHY SHAWN JACKSON

TIMOTHY "Timmy" SHAWN JACKSON, 56, of Huntington, W.Va., departed this life on Friday, January 27, 2023. Preceding him in death was a sister, Lori Dale Jackson White and a brother, Jimmy Gordon Jackson. 

Timmy was born in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of Gordon and Frances Jackson, both of South Point, Ohio.  He is also survived by his two sons, Joshua Jackson of Huntington and Jimmy Jackson (Brittany); one daughter, Jordon Jackson, all of Huntington; brothers, Darrell Jackson, Ricky Jackson (Denise) of Sandusky, Oh., and Scott Jackson of South Point, Oh.; one sister, Diane Sexton (Joe) of South Point; and grandchildren Arianna, Kianna, Rayanna, Jessie, Kiara, Paisley, Josh Jr., Darien & Brynlee.  

Timmy loved his family.  His children and grandchildren were the love of his life. He also was a mama's boy.   He loved the country and always considered himself a Wayne County Boy.  He was a kindhearted person and as the saying goes "would literally give you the shirt off his back".  Timmy will be missed more than words can express. 

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, February 1, 2023, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Muncy Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon.
