TALEA SMITH VANNATTER, 30, of Warsaw, Ohio, formerly of East Lynn, W.Va., passed away March 3, 2020.
She leaves behind her husband Jason Vannatter of Dunlow, W.Va.; two children, Aaron Braiden Vannatter, 10, and Mahayla Faye Vannatter, 8, both still at home. Talea was privileged to be a special mom to Cadence Vannatter of Dunlow, and aunt to John David, Brennan, and Keeling Vannatter.
Also surviving are her parents, Jerry Smith of East Lynn, and Sally Smith (Bill) of Warsaw, Oh.; one brother, Jeramy (Christy) Smith and their children Gunner and Dannika Smith, of Fort Gay, W.Va.; paternal grandfather Cletus (Rita) Smith of Beech Fork, W.Va., parents-in-law, John and Nina Vannatter of Dunlow; as well as special aunts, uncles, and many cousins whom all loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Pansy Clay Perry, paternal grandfather, Walter L. Perry, and paternal grandmother Juttie Smith.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home with Pastor David Vannatter officiating. Burial will follow in the Vannatter Cemetery, Dunlow, W.Va. Visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
