WALTER RAY ADKINS, 71, of Huntington, W.Va., passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Wetzel and Elva Nelson Adkins, and his wife Ramona Adkins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Johnson Tiller Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m.
